The Inn at the Oak, which touches your heart with pride and tradition, is a treasure trove of flavors with a coachman's touch. Former inns did not only offer refreshments with food and drink on the way, as they were also important information hubs. The Gorizia coachman's cuisine was simple, but incredibly rich for those times; it was decisively influenced by the mild climate and fertile landscape, as a source of fresh, healthy and diverse produce.
